MindNBox Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MindNBox. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all MindNBox services, including but not limited to workshops, holiday clinics, group mentorship programs, journal sales, and any other offerings (collectively, “Services”). By participating, registering, or purchasing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Overview

MindNBox delivers group coaching clinics, workshops, mentorship programs, and related products aimed at personal growth, empowerment, and skill development.

  • All programs are designed to support emotional resilience, leadership, and holistic wellbeing.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are only confirmed once full payment or an agreed deposit is received.

  • Payment method is completed through Stripe.

  • Prices are exclusive of GST and any applicable taxes.

  • MindNBox reserves the right to update prices, but any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

  • For group bookings, final participant numbers must be confirmed by the specified deadline. Additional charges may apply for late changes or extra participants.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event or session for a refund minus a processing fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the event or for no-shows.

  • Digital products (e.g., journals) are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

  • MindNBox reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event or program. In these cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to attend an alternative date.

  • MindNBox is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred due to rescheduling or cancellations.

4. Rescheduling and No-Shows (Coaching & Clinics)

  • Group sessions and clinics can be rescheduled only with a minimum of 14 days’ notice and subject to availability.

  • No-shows for group clinics or mentorship sessions forfeit their spot without refund or reschedule.

  • MindNBox will endeavor to accommodate rescheduling due to exceptional circumstances but cannot guarantee.

5. Participant Responsibilities and Conduct

  • Participants must behave respectfully and comply with instructions during sessions.

  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.

  • Parents or guardians must sign their children in and out at the required times. While parents are not required to stay, MindNBox will provide supervision during workshops and clinics to ensure safety and support.

  • MindNBox is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during events.

6. Health and Safety

  • Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to attendance.

  • MindNBox follows all recommended health and safety protocols but is not liable for illness or injury unless due to proven negligence.

  • Participation is at the individual’s own risk.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All MindNBox materials, content, resources, logos, and branding are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Materials provided are for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal data collected during registration or purchase is used solely for service delivery and communication.

  • MindNBox complies with relevant privacy legislation and does not share personal information without explicit consent.

  • 9. Media Consent

    • Photos, videos, and recordings may be captured during events for promotional and educational use. Participants or guardians can opt out by notifying MindNBox in writing or by selecting the opt-out option on the registration form before the event. 

    • MindNBox agrees to respect privacy requests where feasible.

    • 10. Liability and Indemnity

      • MindNBox provides services with reasonable care and skill but excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

      • Participants agree to release MindNBox, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation.

      • Participants acknowledge that personal growth work may involve emotional challenges and accept responsibility for their wellbeing.

      • MindNBox is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of its services or materials.

      11. Changes to Terms

      • These Terms may be updated periodically.

      • Updated versions will be posted on the MindNBox website with an effective date.

      • Continued participation or use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
